I’m really looking forward to this . My only issue is since diagnosis of ASD and adhd , my mind is already flooded with ifs buts what’s why’s must does , should dos , and this has put my health anxiety and I AM BROKEN through the roof . I’m interested though , as I have Crohn’s disease aswell, and keen to see how this plays any part in my symptoms , but which of late , last few years , is diabolical. Also keen to see how maybe the vast amount of anti depressants have made me worse . I just need a natural way to calm the bell down , to not be on high alert , to not wake up so so angst and scared of the day . Did I read a course following the book aswell ????
